Select Three Classes: Choose three 1-hour and 20-minute sessions with one of our tutors. You can check their availability on their respective calendars.

Schedule Strategically:  Please try to avoid booking classes on consecutive days to allow sufficient time for writing assignments.

Give Teachers Enough Time: Teachers require at least 24 hours to correct your assignments, so please plan accordingly.

Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a computer equipped with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, distraction-free environment.

Avoid Conflicts: Please confirm that your selected class times do not conflict with any other commitments, as changes are not possible after booking. Rescheduling is only available due to *Force Majeure* circumstances (duly justified)*

*Force Majeure Rescheduling Details: If you need to reschedule a class due to unavoidable circumstances, please email education@certifyeducation.org with supporting documentation. Examples of acceptable evidence include:  A medical certificate indicating a serious medical condition, evidence of a domestic crisis, bereavement, trauma, or other significant hardship, evidence of unavoidable legal or military obligations, documentation of civil unrest or extreme weather conditions.While we will do our best to accommodate your request, rescheduling cannot be guaranteed. Certify Education & Assessment can only guarantee the programme will take place at the scheduled times.
